CIS Details Requests

Requests for a subcontractor's CIS details (contractor module only), as a child of the subcontractor: the tenant emails the subcontractor a link to a public form, what they enter (type, name, UTR, National Insurance number, company number) is held on the request, and the tenant reviews it and accepts it onto the contact. An SDC statement can go with the request, and the form then leads on to it. The public form's calls need no credentials: the request's code is the key.
