Get Public CIS Details Request

The request as the subcontractor sees it on the public form, with no credentials: who asked, whom, whether the details have been sent, the SDC statement to carry on to and, while unanswered, what the tenant already holds to start the form from (how they trade and their names, never a UTR or National Insurance number). It never returns the details sent. An unknown code is 404.
