Submit CIS Details
Sends the subcontractor's CIS details from the public form, with no credentials. They are held on the request for the tenant to review (the contact is not changed) and the tenant is told by email. 400 when a reference is malformed or what HMRC needs for the type is missing, 409 when the details have already been sent.
